When is comes to finding Naples Homes or Houses for sale it is important to be sure that the site you are searching offers all Naples MLS properties for sale such as ours.

Southwest Florida and Naples real estate is different in a number of ways from other parts of the country. Most Naples houses are located in communities instead of general neighborhoods. The reason for this is so developers can deed restrict what types homes or condos and the price range could be built as much of Lee and Collier Counties were open zoning.

 However, Old Naples also know as downtown which is the actual City of Naples, offers the small town feel with the presence of luxury like Radio Drive. You will find everything from beach front homes to small cottages with areas of elegant shopping through out the town. Olde Naples is the actual City and all other areas just use the name Naples as the are unincorporated areas of Collier County.

The terminology used for Naples homes is also different than many areas of the US such as: Grand Estate Homes which are large custom built high end properties going up to 20,000 square feet, Estate Homes range from 5,000 to 10,000 sf,  and single family homes tend to be under 5,000 sq ft and can be custom or produciton built. You will also hear the tem Villas which in this area are considered smaller square footage properties normally with less yard.
